11 Months!

We are dangerously close to the one year mark! I am getting really sad about it! I can't believe a whole year has gone by! What the heck! Who said that time is allowed to go so fast? Lizzi is officially walking EVERYWHERE oh my she wants to get into everything! She still loves her daddy and cannot get enough of him! HALLELUJAH WE FINALLY CUT A TOOTH THIS MONTH!!!! Her bottom left front tooth it is just broken through but hey it's a tooth! She is working on a new one her top left canine. She is super swollen and just irritable about it poor girl! She is growing up so much, every day I feel like it's something new! She "Talks" all the time!!! She is just full of jabbers! She is becoming more and more like me with her talking all the time! I love it, it's darling!

We had a good Easter we found out if Lizzi is getting a sister or brother in Aug. We also announced we are expecting again on Facebook on Aprils Fool's because we thought it would be ironic as no one would believe us. Lizzi liked looking for the eggs but it was a little much for her since she would find one egg and decide that was all she needed. Lizzi is very possessive over her daddy. If she hears him kiss me from across the room she will whip her head around and glare at me. If he is hugging me or he kisses me again, she will come walking across the room getting after me the whole time. She then will squeeze her way in between us and kiss on Curtis or snuggle into him and look at me to see if I'm watching. It probably should hurt my feelings more but I think she looks so cute that I can't help but be amused.

10 Months!

So again I am behind! Life just gets away from me! Liz turned 10 months old on March 4th, which was also our 4 year anniversary. Lizzi is getting too cute, she is finding her personality and it just a joy to have around (When she isn't teething ;)). She always says mama, dadda, dog, where is it, what was that, what are you doing, and Oh Whoa (usually if she is falling or just fell). She's so sassy and we love it, we can't imagine our lives without this little spit fire of a girl. She is getting braver about walking and it certainly trying her best to walk. However, she definitely prefers to stand whenever she can find something to help her stand up. She is getting so independent which is cute but makes me really sad at the same time. Why can't they stay cuddly babes longer? I miss when she used to just cuddle with me (mostly because she couldn't move very well on her own yet) but still, it makes my momma heart hurt a little when she won't let me hug her because she wants to be mobile. She however LOVES, LOVES, LOVES her daddy! She is majorly obsessed he is the only one that can make her happy. That also makes me sad, as a mommy you want to be the favorite because of all you have done for them but there is something special about a daddy daughter bond. I love watching Lizzi find that with Curtis! :')
