6 Months!!!

Finally caught up! My McKenna turned 6 months yesterday (Valentines Day) I am in disbelief that she is half a year old already!! We are loving her so so much! She is such a great addition to our family! February has been a rough month here for us :( We all got sick! We all got a nasty cold, mine and McKenna's colds turned into Pneumonia and we have been fighting that for about 2 weeks now; it can last up to 4 weeks :(. We both are feeling better but still have our coughs and my ribs are bruised from all of the coughing that I was doing so I am in pain anytime I stretch, sneeze, or cough now. McKenna was doing much better until she decided to start teething too -_- really girl? It has been rough, Lizzi is teething too so we have all been quarantined to our house all month (Except Dr. Appointments) needless to say we are overly ready for spring!! McKenna is still a rolling fool and is starting to pull her legs up and I think she is starting to be interested in crawling! My babies don't stay babies for long. We tried baby food before we got sick and it went pretty well but we have taken a break from that while we all get better. McKenna is very much a mommas girl! She loves me and sometimes will only eat a bottle if I am feeding her, I am the only one that can calm her down too. It is nice since Lizzi prefers daddy but sometimes mommy wishes she would like Daddy too. I don't have her 6 month measurements yet we don't have an appointment until March so I will update them when we have them.

5 Months

I am getting caught up! Life is so crazy with our Ranch and two kids and holidays and all. I know, I know excuses, excuses but thats my life right now. Miss Nenna Nu turned 5 months Jan 14. I don't like how fast she is growing up, I felt like Lizzi grew up fast but Nenna is growing up faster I feel like. She is so darling and I just love her little face. She is so fun even though she is so hard to get to laugh but it is so cute when she does laugh. She is rolling like a pro now, she loves to move around by rolling. She loves rattles and her fingers! She chews those fingers all day long! She loves her toes, and she is starting to just babble all the time. She is just the most content baby and we love her. Lizzi is very obsessed with her now. She just wants to hold her, give her toys, burp her, and throw away her dirty diapers. She is such a big helper! It's so cute the way Lizzi loves her and Nenna just adores Lizzi she could watch her forever and she saves the best smiles for Lizzi. I hope they stay this cute and good of friends. I know it won't always been sunshine and roses but I hope that they will remember they are good friends.

4 Months

I have been writing this blog for a long time (over a month) but life got pretty hectic here on the Ranch and I've been busy. That's another story it's all on our business blog rrranchbreeders.blogspot.com

Anyway Miss McKenna decided to turn 4 months old on the 14th of December! Who ever allowed her to do that is in big trouble. I am not ready for my baby to not be a baby anymore, I am already missing the snuggles :( She wants to roll over so badly and will look clear over her shoulder to try and get whats over her head but isn't quite there yet. If she is on her tummy she can roll to her back but hasn't quite figured out her back to tummy yet. At her appointment she was 25.25 inches long and 14.3 pounds. I love that she is a chub!!! I always wanted Lizzi to be chubby but she preferred to be long and skinny like daddy. Her cheeks are to die for she is a very content baby. She isn't unhappy but she isn't a smile machine like Lizzi either. She really makes you work for it haha. She is very serious but so sweet and very very darling.

She was nearly 5 months old (About a week away) and decided she could roll!!! Yay Nenna! She also decided it was time to wear 6-9 month clothes I'm not ok with her thinking she needs to wear bigger clothes than she is old. But she is so cute I will tolerate it.
